“For years, I felt like I was drowning in silence and angry at the world. My mental health had been a constant battle—one I was losing. I had no home, no family, no friends and no one to turn to. Every day was hard, I lived on the streets. But everything changed when I attended a program that I committed to.

For the first time in years, I feel stable. I am on medications that are working for me. I feel hopeful. My case manager has been there for me every step of the way and checked on me while I was in the program. I look forward to my therapy appointments now and I also was able to get a shared room with help from SSI and no longer live on the street”
