Clinical Program Manager

Cecily Thanh Nguyen came to the United States in 1992. She received a degree in Bachelor of Arts in
Social Work at Mission College in 1992 and a degree in Master Social Work from San Jose State
University in 1999. Cecily got licensed in California as a Clinical Social Worker in 2006. Cecily worked as
a Behavioral Health Counselor at Asian Americans for Community Involvement for 6 years. She has been
working at Mekong Community Center since 2008. Cecily has been a Clinical Program Manager at
Mekong Community Center for different Behavioral Health programs, Adult and Older Adult, Family and
Children, and Full Partnership Service. On weekends, she volunteers to teach Bible study and
Vietnamese language to youths at Church.
