Director of Clinical Services

Trâm Bảo Vũ, LCSW, is the Director of Clinical Services at Hội Quán Cửu Long Mekong Community Center. In this role, she is committed to strengthening clinical programs and guiding the redesign of services to ensure they are high-quality, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. She supports and guides a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on aligning programs with county and Medi-Cal standards while expanding access for the underserved Asian community.

With 18 years of experience in behavioral health — beginning as a parent coach in 2007, over a decade as a psychotherapist, and more than four years as a clinical supervisor — Trâm has led services across outpatient mental health, integrated behavioral health, and community-based programs. She specializes in trauma-informed care, family systems, and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Trâm is passionate about rebuilding trust and creating meaningful change at Mekong. Through bilingual workshops, parent education, and media outreach, she has long worked to reduce stigma and empower Asian individuals and families on their healing journey. Inspired by her own life experiences, she is devoted to guiding Mekong toward becoming a supportive and empowering resource — a place of healing, growth, and connection where the underserved Asian community can thrive.
